Volunteer Music Tutor
Applicants are invited for suitably qualified committed volunteers with experience/training in the performing arts to provide shared tuition in violin/viola/cello as part of a new inner city based stings project.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a creative environment and are proficient in their chosen instrument.
Participants are presently 6-9 years of age from the D2/D8 inner city area .
Skills: the ability to work within large groups of young people is essential. Interested candidates must be motivational , enthusiastic and passionate about his or her instrument. They should have good communication skills and an interest in the educational development and well being of young people . An interest in Youth and Community Development , Music and the Arts would be beneficial.
3rd level music students are encouraged to apply

Volunteer Youth Work Administrator
To assist behind the scenes in general admin duties , research and assist with general inquiries.
Commitment : 6 Months -2 years
Hours: 4-8 hours per week , can be organized depending on availability of suitable candidate .
Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, PC skills an advantage .
Volunteer Youth Worker
Supervise activities during drop in nights and Outdoor Activities. Coach Sports, Drama, Arts and Crafts etc .
Commitment: 9 Months -2 years
Hours: 6 hours per week, two shifts of three hours . 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm , 6pm-9pm
Skills: Ability to work within large groups of young people. Good Communication skills. Interested in the development of young people. Open minded and have an interest in Youth and Social Justice .
Volunteer Grant Officer
Source relevant grants for the Project and assist in the application process.
Commitment: Flexible
Hours: Flexible
Location: On site or Home based
Skills : Perseverance , writing and research skills . Computer Skills
All candidates must be prepared to undergo Garda and Background vetting . Training provided in Youth Work Skills and Child Protection.
